Policy
SALES
Sales are limited to only legitimate domestic and international wholesalers and
retailers whose business involves reselling merchandise. Order cancellations must
be confirmed by UMA in writing.
PRICES
Prices are FOB Compton CA and are subject to change without notice. Volume discounts
are available upon request.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
All sizes are approximate. Because many of our items are hand crafted, some products
may have slight color variations and imperfections. The packing information may
differ from the actual packs.
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum opening order is $2500. The minimum reorder is $1500 if it is a pick
up and $2500 if it is being shipped. We will ship you the minimum even if you order
less. When ordering, please be aware of the unit of measure on the price list under
the SKU. If the item ships per dozen and you order 12, we will ship you 12 dozen.
Returns will be subject to our stocking fee.
SHIPMENTS
We ship large and/or fragile items on shrink-wrapped pallets by common carriers
(not UPS or FedEx). We will quote customers the best shipping rate we have available,
but payment is the responsibility of the recipient. Back orders will ship when available
unless otherwise noted on the Sales Order. All back orders not shipped within 90
days will be cancelled.
PAYMENT TERMS
Our terms are Prepaid or Net 30 days on approved credit. Sorry, we do not offer
C.O.D. terms. Past due invoices will be charged interest at 1.1% per month (14%
per annum). Returned or stopped checks will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS PAYMENTS AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
DELIVERIES, CLAIMS AND RETURNS
Always count the cartons before signing the truck carrier's bill of lading. Once
accepted, damaged merchandise and visible shortages become the responsibility of
the recipient. Inspect all packaging and report all visible damage and shortages
on the delivery receipt. These claims need to be submitted to the carrier. Upon
your request, we would be available to assist you with this paperwork, but we cannot
do this more than 5 days after receipt of merchandise. All other claims must be
reported to us within 10 working days after receiving the merchandise. Sorry, we
will not accept claims after this time. Returns require an authorization from our
Claims department. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Although great care has been taken to the ensure the accuracy of the information
